Queen's and King's Archery Championship June 2, 2012

The tournement was designed with a Japanese theme, and targets included a dragon, masks, lanterns, a charging mounted samurai, shooting Tengu's nose, and advancing Godzilla. A full roster of participants braved the wet weather and were able to shoot the full course of 11 targets, then scores were totaled and sorted. Captain General Godric reminded all present of the obligations and duties of serving as a Royal Champion, and as the top 16 scorers were announced, each was asked if they wished to compete. Two finalists — Jacob Felinfoel (71) and Thorlaeifr hvitskegg (70) — chose to honorably step out of the competition. The 16 finalists were addressed by Their Majesties, Kenric and Avelina, and Their Highnesses, Edward and Thyra, then commenced shoot-offs against their seeded competitors. Here are the results:
