Reporting

To retain their warrants, archery marshals must report twice each year (by April 1 and Oct. 1), maintain their SCA membership, and create and use an East Kingdom member email account.

We use a Google Form to gather marshal report data.
— It will provide you with a “receipt” for your report by email to your EK account. Please keep the receipt email so you have a record of your report.
— You can go back in and modify your responses.
— To access the form, you must be signed in to your member#@members.eastkingdom.org account.

Marshals in Training (MiTs) are expected to report when they begin their learning/mentoring as well as twice each year along with the warranted marshals.

Archery marshals are officers of the East Kingdom and the SCA, and all officers are required to use member accounts for their communications. They are free of charge to all SCA members. If you don’t already have an EK account set up, please do so now. Instructions can be found on the “EK Accounts” page of the Webminister site: EK Accounts FAQ

As of [Dec. 2025 ?], the official rosters of marshals for all EK martial activities are maintained by the Clerk of the Earl Marshal. That office will send messages as membership expirations approach, and you will need to provide your new expiration date when you renew.

Warranted marshals must join the East Kingdom Target Archery Marshals discussion list and MiTs are encouraged to do so. This list is for the archery command to officially communicate with the marshals, and for marshals to communicate with each other (such as for requesting help at an event). When you are warranted, your EK account should have been subscribed to the list. To subscribe an additional alternate account, send a blank email from it to marshals+subscribe@archery.eastkingdom.org. Each message on the list includes an un-subscribe instruction, if you should need to.
